TRAVORIO AFFILIATE PROGRAM — TERMS OF SERVICE

By joining the Travorio Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Travorio operates an affiliate referral program through Tapfiliate. Affiliates earn commissions by referring customers who complete bookings on travorio.com for flights, hotels, and events.

2. ELIGIBILITY

- You must be 18 years or older.

- You must provide accurate personal and payment information.

- Travorio reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

- Flights: 4% of booking value

- Hotels: 6% of booking value

- Events: 6% of booking value

Rates may be adjusted at any time with reasonable notice. Commission is calculated on the total booking amount in USD.

4. ATTRIBUTION & TRACKING

- Cookie-based tracking: 30-day cookie window. Last-click attribution applies.

- Coupon-based tracking: Affiliates may receive unique coupon codes. If both cookie and coupon are present, coupon takes priority.

- Travorio is not responsible for lost commissions due to cookie blockers, ad blockers, or browser privacy settings.

5. COMMISSION APPROVAL & PAYMENT

- All commissions start as "Pending" and are reviewed before approval.

- Commissions are reviewed on a rolling 14-day basis.

- Commissions for refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent bookings will be disapproved.

- Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD.

- Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal or Wise.

- Travorio is a tracking platform user; actual payment is made by Travorio, not Tapfiliate.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Affiliates must NOT:

- Use paid search ads bidding on "Travorio" or variations of the brand name.

- Engage in cookie stuffing, click fraud, or fake referrals.

- Make bookings using their own referral link (self-referrals).

- Misrepresent Travorio, its pricing, or services in any promotional material.

- Send unsolicited emails (spam) promoting Travorio.

- Use any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.

- Place referral links on coupon/deal sites without prior written approval.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- Affiliates may use Travorio-provided marketing assets (logos, banners) solely for program promotion.

- Affiliates must not modify Travorio branding without written permission.

- All Travorio trademarks remain the property of Travorio.

8. TERMINATION

- Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice.

- Travorio may immediately terminate affiliates who violate these terms.

- Upon termination, pending approved commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out. Unapproved commissions are forfeited.

9. LIABILITY

- Travorio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

- Travorio makes no guarantees regarding earnings or conversion rates.

- Booking prices, availability, and policies are determined by Travorio and its suppliers, not by affiliates.

10. MODIFICATIONS

Travorio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
